Cancellations Full Refund: Because of the custom nature of our product if you need to cancel your order please do so within 8 hours for a full refund. To cancel an order within 8 hours email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please Note: After 8 hours your order is moved to the design queue. Once your order goes to design, cancellations will incur a design fee.
We want to make sure you get the perfect portrait from the start. After you place an order and we finish your design, we will email you a proof to review and approve. You will then have 24 hours to cancel your order, request a change or approve your order for production. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, your order will automatically go to production.
Due to the custom nature of the products we offer, once the 24 hour approval window passes, returns will be processed at our sole discretion and all sales will be considered final.
Please note: Good Boy Hank designs your artwork to your specifications, based on the photo you provide, the options you have selected and the proof you have approved. Should you cancel your order within the 24 hour window, there will be a design fee to cover artists cost. The reason for this is that once your order has been placed, our artists typically start processing your artwork and begin design work.
If you have received the wrong product, incorrect size, incorrect print, or your product was damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the product received and we will get a replacement for you.
Any exchanges due to defective product or incorrect size must be completed within 60 days of delivery. After 60 days we will not be able to process any exchanges.
- Exchanges and returns must be processed by the 60th day from date of delivery.
- Returns will be at our discretion once the 24 hour proof approval window has passed. After the 24 hour window, all sales are considered final unless it is defective, damaged or you received the incorrect product.
- Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost.
- Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method.
